Our monthly subscription fee is £19.Payments are due monthly in advance. Failed payments may result in the temporary suspension of your website until payment is rectified. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your service at any time by contacting us via email. Upon cancellation, your website hosting will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which the site will be taken offline.
Content: You retain all rights to the text and images you provide to us for your website.
Design and Code: The underlying code, design templates, and infrastructure remain the property of YourWebsiteBuilders, unless a specific buyout agreement is made.
Domains: If you purchase a domain through us or transfer one to us, you are the legal registrant. We manage it on your behalf.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime and robust security, YourWebsiteBuilders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
