• Your current website address, if you choose to give it

We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to set up and manage your service. We do not use it for marketing you have not asked for, we do not build profiles, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.

3. Our lawful basis

We process your enquiry data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. Where you go on to become a client, we process your data as necessary for the performance of a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your enquiry data.

4. How long we keep your data

• Enquiry data where you do not become a client: deleted within 12 months of your last contact with us.
• Client account and billing data: kept for the duration of the contract and for 6 years afterwards, as required by UK tax and accounting rules.

5. Where your data lives

Form submissions are delivered to us by our form processing provider and stored in our business email, both protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we use analytics, we use a privacy-respecting service that does not identify individual visitors and does not require a cookie banner. We think that is how the web should work.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data deleted ("the right to be forgotten")
